This section describes how to collect CDR log statistics.
Prerequisites
You have obtained the tool package (in the Version Tool.rar format, for example, eAPP610 V100R005C00 Tool.rar) from the support website. Decompress it and obtain the cdr_tool file (the collection tool for CDR logs) from ..\CDR Tool\.
To prevent a software package from being maliciously tampered with during transmission or storage, download the corresponding digital signature file for integrity verification when downloading the software package.
After the software package is downloaded, verify its PGP digital signature according to the OpenPGP Signature Verification Guide. If the software package fails the verification, do not use the software package, and contact Huawei technical support engineers.
Before a software package is used in installation or upgrade, its digital signature also needs to be verified according to the OpenPGP Signature Verification Guide to ensure that the software package is not tampered with. Visit either of the following websites to obtain the OpenPGP Signature Verification Guide:
Carrier customers: https://support.huawei.com/carrier/digitalSignatureAction
Enterprise customers: https://support.huawei.com/enterprise/en/tool/pgp-verify-TL1000000054
You have downloaded CDR logs.
Context
The eAPP610 provides a tool to collect CDR logs, including success rates of group and P2P voice services.
Procedure
Ensure that the MSCOMCT2.OCX file exists in the C:\Windows\SysWOW64 directory on the local computer. If it does not exist, copy the MSCOMCT2.OCX file in the CDR Tool directory to the C:\Windows\SysWOW64 directory.
If the local computer is a 32-bit operating system, the MSCOMCT2.OCX file is stored in C:\Windows\System32.
Open cdr_tool.xlsm (the collection tool for CDR logs) using Microsoft Office Excel 2013 and enable the macro. See Figure 1.
Figure 1 Display of the collection tool for CDR logs

Click Select&Count. The Select CDR Files dialog box is displayed.
Select one or more CDR log files which are locally downloaded. Click Open. The tool collects statistics on selected CDR logs. Figure 2 lists the statistical result.

After the collection is completed, the System tab page displays the statistical result, the Fail_CDR_Data tab page lists failed records, and the CDR_X tab page shows records in the original CDR file. X starts from 1 in ascending order.
If two CDR log files are selected at a time, the tool generates two CDR_X tab pages (CDR_1 and CDR_2) after the collection is completed.
