In this post, I will show you how to check the basic information about IVS1800, including how to check the license, how to check the device info (Device type/ Version/ Ne status and so on), and how to check the SN.
How to check the license of IVS1800
Log in to the OMU portal(https://IP:8443)
Choose Maintenance > Algorithm Manage to check the license.
How to check the device info of IVS1800
Log in to the OMU portal(https://IP:8443)
Check the Device info on the Home page.
How to check the SN of IVS1800
Method 1:
Check the serial number label attached to the device.
Method 2:
Log in to the OMU portal as the admin user. (https://IP:8443)
On the page that is displayed, choose Interconnection > Cloud Service Interconnection.
Scan the QR code to add the IVS1800 device and view the device serial number.
In the device information, SN indicates the serial number of the device.
Method 3:
Log in to the IVS1800 and query the serial number.
Log in to the OS as the root user. (If you cannot log in to the server through SSH, you should enable the SSH function firstly)
Log in to the OS as the admin user.
Run the su - root command to switch to root user.
Query the serial number.
