How do I change the host name of the linux to which eSight belongs

Hello team,

When eSight is installed in local two-node cluster mode, the hostnames of the active and standby servers are both eSightServer after the ICMR is installed. Now we need to change the hostname of the Linux operating system.

The hostname is used in many places during the previous installation. Therefore, we cannot modify the hostname by modifying the ‘network settings’ of the ‘network device’ after YaST.

Hello,

You can perform the following operations:

1. Switch to the ossuser user and log in to the Linux OS.

2. Run the hacheck.sh script to change the hostname. Wait for 5 to 10 minutes and check whether the name is changed.
