Q: How do I associate a new access code with an existing skill queue?
A: Configure the new access code on the USM and CTI. Then, associate the access code with a skill queue in a VDN on the CTI.

Procedure
Step 1 Configure an access code on the USM.
Step 2 Log in to the web configuration console as a system administrator and configure CTI information.
1. Choose Web Configuration Console > System Configuration > System Access Code and add a system access code.
2. Choose Web Configuration Console > System Configuration > VDN and add the system access code to a VDN.
Step 3 Log in to the web configuration console as a VDN administrator and configure VDN information.
1. Choose Web Configuration Console > VDN1 Configuration > Basic Info and add the new access code.
2. Choose Web Configuration Console > VDN1 Configuration > Called Party Configuration and associate the access code with a skill queue.
