You can run the terminal user name command to add a user who has the permission to access and operate a device or change the super user name.
You can run the undo terminal user name command to delete a device user. After being deleted, the user cannot access, configure, or manage the device.
The super user (root) and administrators can add users of lower levels. To be specific:
1) The super user can add administrators, operators, and common users.
2) Administrators can add only operators and common users.
