I saw an article on the Access Network forum: ONT Information Collection Guide
The preceding post tells about how to collect ONT information files, but does not describe how to collect ONT information files through the NMS. I would like to share my knowledge here to help you export ONT files through NCE.
First, log in to NCE. Log in to NCE and choose Network Management.
Open the Network Management app and choose Topology > View > Physical Topology from the main menu.
The ONT is connected to the EA5800-X15. You need to find the EA5800-X15 NE on NCE and double-click the EA5800-X15 NE. ( In the topology view, press Ctrl+F and enter the NE name or IP address. Click the name of the desired NE in the search result list. In the Common Operations area, click NE Explorer.)
Choose GPON > GPON Management from the navigation tree.
On the GPON ONU tab page, enter the search criteria or click to find the GPON ONU record.
Select the ONT whose file you want to export, right-click, and choose Maintain ONT from the shortcut menu.
As mentioned in the previous article, ONT configuration log and management log are often used, so I showed a screenshot of how to download these two files.
