How can you collect the fault information on one module or all modules of the devices in VCM server such as logs and configurations?

You have to do the following steps to collect these fault information:

1.Choose System management > Collect Faults > Collect Faults.

2.Select a device where a fault occurs and module name.

3.Collect fault information.

            -If a device is seleced, click Start Collection,

4.On the confirm page that is displayed, click OK. The system starts to collect fault information.

5.Click bath collection If a group of devices are selected

6.On the confirm page that is displayed,click OK then the system starts to collect fault information.

           -After fault information is collected, the collection status is displayed in the Collection status column.

7.click Download under Download Collection Results to download fault information on a module

8.Click Export to export collected fault information to a local PC.
