1. For static VC, the necessary and sufficient conditions for VC UP are:
Local AC Up
Tunnel UP
You can use the “display mpls static-l2vc interface ”command to view

2. For dynamic LDP VC, the necessary and sufficient conditions for PW UP are:
Local AC Up
Tunnel Up
LDP Session Up
The MTU, VC-Type and control word at both ends are the same
VC ID is the same
You can use the “display mpls static-l2vc interface” command to view.
