For the EG8145V5, I propose to you the following: please check what mode your Wi-Fi router has set - in bridging mode, the LAN port of the Wi-Fi router is connected to the LAN port of the EG8145V5; in routing mode, the WAN port of the Wi-Fi router is connected to the LAN port of the EG8145V5.
