Windows:

1. Log in to the Windows operating system as the Administrator.

2. Find the eSightMySQL in the Windows Task Manager and disable the eSightMySQL.

Linux:

1. Log in to the operating system as the ossuser user.

2. Run the ./uninstall.sh command.
