Received files are stored in the %appdata%\eSpace_DeskTop\UserData\Account name\ReceiveFiledirectory. If not, check whether you have changed the storage directory. To open the storage directory, perform the following steps:
- Click your profile picture in the main window, or click
in the lower left corner of the main window and choose Settings.
The Settings dialog box is displayed. - On the navigation bar, click File. Then, click Open next to Received file path.
