Product and version information:

VTL3500 V100R002
VTL6000 V100R003
VTL6900 V100R005

1. Check whether the Fibre Channel driver is loaded.

If the driver is not loaded, load it.

2. Check whether the Fibre Channel card is damaged.

If the Fibre Channel card is damaged, replace it with a new one.

3. Check whether the optical cables are correctly connected.

If they are incorrectly connected, reconnect them correctly.

4. Check whether the optical cables are damaged.

If they are damaged, replace them with new ones.

5. Check whether the driver is compatible.

If the driver is incompatible, update it or install a compatible driver.

6. If the problem persists, contact Huawei technical support.
