Product and version: VTL3500 V100R002

Obtain the VTL3500 ISM software from the client software installation CD-ROM delivered with the VTL3500.

The VTL3500 ISM software has been uploaded to Huawei technical support website. Log in to http://support.huawei.com/enterprise/ . Choose Product Support > IT > Storage > Data Protection > VTL Virtual Tape Library > OceanStor VTL3500 > Product Software to download the VTL3500 ISM software.
