Q: What are the common faults in the terminal extranet access scenario?
A: The common faults include the following: An extranet terminal fails to register. A terminal cannot initiate a call. The call between terminals is set up but no voice is heard.
Common issues in SBC encryption:
1. The encryption certificate on the SBC does not match that on the U1900.
2. The encryption/decryption suite is not modified.
SBC encryption configuration:
Step 1 Add certificates.
1. Log in to the web management system of the SBC as the admin user.
2. Choose Configuration > Certificate Management.
3. Upload the root certificate, device certificate, and private key file of the U1900 series as prompted.
4. Click Add. The default private key password of the U1900 series is oocag7Uj.
5. Click OK.
Step 2 Configure TLS and select certificates in the A-SBC scenario.
1. Choose Configuration > A-SBC Basic Services.
2. Click Add.
3. Expand the advanced parameters on the access network side.
4. Select TLS and the certificate group name added in the preceding step, and click OK.
Ensure that the TLS port is the same as that configured on the access-side terminal. The default port number is 5061.
Step 3 Modify the encryption/decryption suite.
1. Log in to the LMT as the admin user.
2. Run the MOD ENCRYPLC command.
Set Encryption protocol to TLS, and select all options for Encryption suite.
