How can I import the contact list?

I cannot import the contact list to my eSpace 7910, why?

Please note:

If you want to import the contact list to the eSpace 7910, you should log in to the eSpace 7910 as a user, not admin.

The detailed steps as below:

  1. Log in to the phone web page as a user and choose Preferences > Contacts.

  2. On the My Contacts tab, click Import.

  3. Double-click the contact file to import.

Hi, i dont have the Preferences > Contacts Tab on the phone website. The Formwae version is ..PCs00

Preferences Tab:
Preferences
-Ringtone
-Key Tone
-Wallpaper
-Audio Source
-Theme
-Volume

I only have those options.

Import contacts

On your computer, go to Google Contacts.
On the left, click More. Import.
Click Select File.
Choose your file.
Click Import.
