What should I do when the WebUI cannot be displayed normally on Internet Explorer?

WebUI exceptions, such as WebUI are displayed blank and the Upload button is not displayed.

When you log in to the eAPP Management System for the IE, the Security Update of the Windows OS about the IE may cause WebUI exceptions, such as WebUI is displayed blank (caused by KB3160005) and the Upload button is not displayed (caused by KB3124275)

Approach:

  1. Running IE and choose Help > About Internet Explorer(A). The About Internet Explorer dialog box is displayed, as shown in image.

    download?uuid=bb6dfd0c87de486fbf0dfb30907935b5

You need to uninstall the Security Update displayed with the Update Versions. Take KB3124275 for example.

  2. Select Start > Control Panel. The Control Panel window is displayed.

  3. Run Programs and Features. The Programs and Features window is displayed.

  4. Click View installed updates. The Installed Updates window is displayed.

  5. Select the Security Update and click Uninstall. Uninstall the security update according to the instructions.

  6. Click Restart Now after uninstalling the security update.

  7. Logging in to the eAPP Management System again after restarting the Windows OS.

Thanks!
