How can I export curve data from Fusion Solar portal (like in csv)

Hello,


I use Fusion Solar to track my inverter activity and it's right. But I want export my consumption curve data on energy consumption to make some queries and analize if the company is billing me correctly. How can I export my data?


Other posts say about an "Export" button, but I don't have it:

Hi User,

 Log in with the installer account and select the plant.

2. From the plant main page select Device Management

3. Select the device

 

From Device type you can leave default all (all the devices installed) or you can choose a specific device installed.


Select the inverter and from the Export menu choose Performance Data.


Select the battery and power sensor if you want to export the performance data for them also.

4. Select the parameters exported

 

From the page displayed, select the period and the parameters that you want to export for each device selected and OK:

5. Open the performance data file from download

 

After you confirm via OK, the performance data file will be automatically saved on your computer:

Yes, I found that post. But I don't have that row of buttons:
Setting, Device Replacement, Modify, Delete and Export....

Hello, oriolpiera.
According to the picture you provided, I found that you did not have the export data button because your account does not have permission. You need to log in with the account of the administrator or installer to export the relevant data. You can apply for the relevant permissions from the plant administrator. The administrator will get this permission after agreeing.

I can export and I get the CSV file, but none of the columns seem to have the information about the consumption. It only gives information about production and other indicators. This data can be seen through the website and the app so it must be there somehow. But how can I get consumption exported as the other indicators? Thank you!

The consumption statistics are at the power plant level, and there should be statistical information in the power plant report.

I can't find it. I'm using https://eu5.fusionsolar.huawei.com/ and I can only see device management then I select the plan and I can only download the production indicators.
