hello,

you can use cut access-user IP address command from aaa view. Please refer to below example:

Example
# Tear down the session initiated by the IP address 10.1.1.1.

<Huawei> system-view
[Huawei] aaa
[Huawei-aaa] cut access-user ip-address 10.1.1.1

which command do you use to check if there are active session no longer in use? Maybe i didn't understand your problem exactly :). Can you describe a little bit?

Dear StarofWest

I have 3 users logged in and inside the router.
but these people have already left and the logins are stuck inside the router

To list the users I use the command : "display users"

With this command above I could not

how can I do this ?

Hi Almir,
Please check if you have loaded the newest patch, it looks like this is a bug. If this is happening with all users then maybe the patch will fix it.
We can guide you to download it but we need to know your software version.
