How Can I Determine Whether the Memory Usage of a Device Is High?

If the memory usage of a device meets the preceding conditions but still displays a large value (larger than 60% for example), possible causes are as follows:
1、The device is a low-end product with a small memory, and so its memory usage is high during the device operation.
2、The device is transmitting many services, occupying much memory.
