Hi dear,

there some operation will cause the cell rebuild, for example:

1. the master/slave link switchover, it maybe appear that RRU is unavailable, then the Cell will be rebuilt

2. restart the S1 or S1INTERFACE

3. block the RRU and unblock again

4. deactive cell and active again
