Use the following methods to collect Windows host logs. C:\ is the system disk. 1. Information collection tool Copy HostInfo Tools_5.2.exe to the host and double-click it. The software automatically collects host logs and compresses them into a package, and stores the package in the C:\Windows\Upreports\collection\ZIP directory.
2. Manual log collection Collect UltraPath logs: C:\Program files(x86)\Huawei\OceanStor UltraPath\log Export system logs as follows: Choose Computer > Manage > Diagnostics > Event Viewer > Windows Logs > System. Right-click System and choose Save Events As...
In the Display Information dialog box, select Display information for these languages:. English(United States) is selected by default. Click OK.
