Here's a case that a Windows host freezes during LUN formatting.
Description
An OceanStor 5500 V3 storage system is used at site and the iSCSI single-link network is used.
A host with Windows operating system and LUNs are formatted on the host, the host freezes.
Analysis
A large number of packets were lost on the ports in the ifconfig file in storage log.

Cause & Solution
The network is abnormal.
As a result, the host freezes when formatting LUNs.
Replace the devices on link to resolve the problem.
