I have the latest firmware update installed on my honor band 5 and the latest version of the health app on my android phone, but it still takes multiple tries to sync the previous day's sleep data to the health app. And each time it takes 4-5 minutes until it reaches 100%, then it says "no data". So I have to try over and over until it finally syncs. Sometimes that takes up to 20 minutes or more which is ridiculous.
I know there was an issue where it wouldn't sync after the new year and they supposedly fixed it with the new update. I installed that and even rebooted the watch. But clearly it's still having issues syncing. Sometimes if I unpair the watch and re-pair it, it then completes the sync next time it tries. But it's frustrating to have to try over and over.
Can this please get fixed? I love the watch and the sleep tracking is incredibly accurate for me. But the syncing is a real issue and it's hard for me to recommend it to people when it takes so much effort to get it to sync.
