Home Position Can Be Configured for a Device That Connects to the IVS Platform Using ONVIF but the Device May Fail to Return to the Home Position
Symptom
After a user successfully configures the home position for a device on the CU, the device may fail to return to the home position.
For example:
- The device has three presets: a1, b1, and c1. Preset a1 is the home position, and the device is in preset b1.
- The user sets preset C1 as the home position and waits for 30s. A message is displayed, indicating that the configuration is successful.
- Generally, the device returns to the new home position c1 if no PTZ control operation is performed in a period of time. Sometimes, the device returns to preset a1.
