Problem Description

HIKVISION NVR cannot be added on iClient via ONVIF. we tried to add HIKVISION NVR via auto batch access

model: ivs9000

Problem Analysis

Checked the error 189108015 which means the main device cannot get the device
Added NVR manually, and the issue solved

Root Cause

HIKVISION NVR can not be added via ONVIF with auto batch access

Solution

added the NVR manually
