HiKnow notifications

Hi,

There should be an option to enable notifications on HiKnow so that whenever someone replies to post or message on HiKnow you get a notification like in WhatsApp, Facebook, line etc.
Even in messages in HiKnow app, you only get notification when it is manually refreshed.

Hello!
When you creat the post you have an option "e-mail me when someone..." But it doesn't work for me. I checked it everytime and have no luck.
If we speak about HiKnow I think that it important to make notification about service requests and maintenance status of "my products" too.

Hello, guys

We've redesigned the current e-mail notification settings.  Go to you User Center, tap on the "E-mail Notification Settings" from the left part and check the "Notify me when someone replies to my post" option
I will also forward your suggestion regarding the HiKnow service too

Let me know if they work for you now
