HiKnow Application issue on Samsung Note 9

Dear All,


I have issue with HiKnow application that show not responding when launch on Samsung Galaxy Note9. Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

Dear user,

Please check the app. If you are using the Play Store or Galaxy Store to download an app, you can check its availability before downloading. If your device does not allow the download or if the app does not appear in either app store, then the app is not compatible.

Alternatively, you may download HiKnow directly from AppGallery.
