Hello! Today I tried to check the list of the devices for wich I need to buy service contracts. But I didn't find some of them in the PC version of MySupport. Then I checked my HiKnow (with the same account) and the devices are there present. It means that MySupport and HiKnow have different lists of the devices of one user account. I think that this can happened because I add most of the devices with HiKnow scan function.

Hello, I've been in touch with the responsible person, Currently, the scanning function of the app displays only the device barcode information scanned by the user but is not registered with your account. Therefore, when you view my device on the PC, the device information on the PC displays only the device information which you can find Me -> My Products in the app.
