how to identify non recognise sfp which causing high cpu usage ?

Hello,

Please check 'display trapbuffer' to see if there is any interface that is reporting the use of non-certified transceivers.
Or you can query 'display transceiver interface' command for each interface and see if one of them has improper parameters.

Here is the output

there is no module present in xgigabitethenet0/0/2

what's the type of your product? from the logs you posted, it's caused by the mismatch optical module.
