Hello everybody,

I connected a ZK access control to a Huawei S5700-52P-PWR-LI-AC switch. But when I make a ping, the latency is high.

It is about 300ms to 450ms, and sometimes some packets are dropped.

I connect the device direct to the switch with a 1 meter cable. I have tested some cables and the problem persist.

The switch have no configuration, it is by default.

I want to know if there is something active that could cause that problem.

I hope you can help me.

Thanks.
