high latency when ping the gateway address configured on the s6720

when ping the gateway which configured on the s6720, the latency is too high, even request timeout sometimes, how to solve it?

my PC connect to s6720 directly.

have you checked the interface that conect to S6700, whether there are CRC error ? whether the link is ok ? when you replace a new link, the issue still heppen ?

I inspected the interface and found a lot of CRC error increased, what does that mean?

CRC error usually indicates the wire issues or the switch port issues.
you'd better replace the connecting wire, and inspecting whether the CRC error is still increase, if CRC error packets still received after replacing the connecting wire, you'd better contact TAC.
