high latency when input command on S2700

please following the steps below:
1. check the latency from the telnet client to the S2700 switch, make sure the latency is normal.
2. chekc the interface status of the s2700, make sure if there is network loop on the switch
3. chekc the switch cpu usage, make sure the usage is normal,
if there are abnormal status, please report here.@
