as @umaryaqub explained, high density is a scenario which lots of users access to the wifi, such as halls, large conference rooms, auditoriums, large exhibition halls, multi-functional classrooms, stadiums, concert halls, outdoor theaters, airport waiting halls, and train stations.
Extra configurations are required in the high-density converage scenario to reduce the disturbing between the APs, so that all the wifi users in the high density converage could surf the internet stably.

AP itself is not high/low density but it is the area in which it is deployed. Like a conference Hall, corridor, classrooms, offices in high-rise tower buildings, these are all high density environment as a lot of people are present in a small area. In such case, high density APs like 7050 is deployed to facilitate and serve maximum users. These APs have high processing and are capable to serve multiple requests simultaneously.

Hello,

I think that you ment roaming when were talking about handover.

Please check this link about roaming. In few words it is very easy when roaming performed between 2 APs of the same AC.
