High CPU / Memory Utilization

Please suggest dealing with HIGH CPU UTILIZATION of ONT

During high utilized CPU,  No accessibility to internet, even no PING to gateway

As you have not provided more information, we cannot determine the exact cause of the high CPU.
The ONT may learn a large number of ARP packets, or the ONT may not go online on the OLT.
Alternatively, the ONT hardware is faulty. If the ONT hardware is faulty, contact the device provider for assistance.
The following cases may be relevant to your question and I hope they can help you:

Can the ONT go online normally on the OLT? In addition, can the ONT learn MAC address on the OLT?

Hi friend.

You could use the display mac-address max-mac-count(profile-mode) command.

This command is used to query the maximum number of dynamic MAC addresses learning in the service port. When you need to modify the configuration or confirm the configuration of the maximum number of MAC addresses learning, run this command.

Hi Friend, please validate if you have firmware update for this model, and look at the logs of this equipment to find out the cause of the high CPU AND MEMORY
