Problem description


The customer wants to hide some images.



Problem analysis


We told customers how to hide the image and hiding it will not effect the VMs created by the image.


Log in to a control node using tools such as XSHLL PUTTY.


Username: fsp, default password: Huawei@CLOUD8.


Execute su - switch to root, root user default password: Huawei@CLOUD8!


Execute '.set_env' to set the environment variable, select 1, password FusionSphere123.


Execute: 'glance image-update IMAGE ID --property __isregistered=false' to hide the image.


The image ID is the image ID you want to hide.


Username: fsp, default password: Huawei@CLOUD8.

Solution description


We told customers how to hide the image and its impact. Problem solved, customer agrees to close the SR.
