I am having an issue with the HiCoins system, did not receive any daily login rewards lately.

I am not sure whom to contact and seeking your guidance in this context.

That was useful, although I am concerned about the rule

"4. If you have not logged in for more than 180 days, the Hi-Coins in your account will be deleted."

where as the daily login rewards was a way to keep track of your login history, that should be considered by the community admins.

Hello, friend.
Thank you for your suggestion, we will take your suggestion into consideration. You don't have to worry about your HiCoins being deleted at all as long as you log in within 180 days.
