hi , i have an idea but not sure if it's right or wrong about the grid computing in enterprise with existence ressources , so can you all please read

let say that we have 10 pc (used by co worker for daily use developping rendring and web browsing) connected in LAN with 1ge ethernet cable 

8 computer we installed CNA only and we added their hardware ressources in the cluster 

1 computer we installed the CNA and VRM but as standby controller 

1 computer we installed only the VRM as the active controller 


my idea is with grid computer now we have 9 CNA computing node added in the cluster with 9 cpu ressources 9 ram ressources 9 disk ressources , can we now create for each PC(CNA NODE) a VM that can be controlled via the active VRM and now instead of having 9 PC we (9 computing node that share the same cluster and act as huge ressource pool) can we now enable the cluster features vbackup snapshot for each VM instead of each machine acting by itself now we have centralized computer management with better security and easy maintenance and control , if yes do we save power ( 9 pc they act as node computing and VM for a co-worker to use for working stuff at the same time or its not possible )

(why did i think of this let's say the for the 10 pc 6 of them never use more then 40% of the ressources and the other 3 sometime they may require more RAM or CPU then they actual have (overcommitement), so i instead of wasting those ressource on the 6 computer they can put their hardware ressource in cluster so we they can be used and shared by others  )

1. You can combine DRS and DPM.

According to the load condition of the system, the resources are intelligently scheduled to achieve load balancing of the system and ensure a good user experience of the system.
On the FusionCompute, you can configure the dynamic resource scheduling function of the cluster. The intelligent load balancing scheduling algorithm is used to periodically check a load of hosts in the cluster and migrate virtual machines between different hosts to achieve load balancing among hosts in the cluster. 
There are two levels of automation for a cluster: automatic and manual. In automatic scheduling mode, the system automatically migrates virtual machines to the most appropriate host. In the manual operation mode, the system generates operation suggestions for the administrator to choose, and the administrator decides whether to apply the suggestions according to the actual situation

2. You can use the memory overcommitment, for more details, see What is Memory Overcommitment?

3. You can use the Thin Provisioning when create VM.
