Please follow this guide:
Step 1 Check whether the U2000 server has been set as the proxy server on Internet Explorer.
1. On the menu bar of Internet Explorer, choose Tools > Internet Options > Connections > LAN Setting.
2. Check whether Use a proxy server for your LAN (These settings will not apply to dial-up or VPN connections) is selected.
If it is selected and the IP address of the U2000 server is in the Address text box, the U2000 server has been set as the proxy server on Internet Explorer. Otherwise, contact Huawei technical support.
Step 2 If the U2000 server has been set as the proxy server on Internet Explorer, clear Use a proxy server for your LAN (These settings will not apply to dial-up or VPN connections).
Step 3 Log in to the OSMU again and proceed with the upgrade.
