Hello, friend!
After I reset my router, I can't access 192.168.100.1 on my desktop and the wifi on my laptop has changed to WirelessNet. It locks and I can't find the password.
Please help! Thanks!

Hello, friend!

The device is restored to its factory settings after being reset.

You need to check whether the access terminal is in the same network segment with HG8546M. You can try to Ping the IP of the device (the IP address shown on the device nameplate). If the Ping does not work, it means that the IP of the terminal is not in the same network segment with HG8546M, so the access fails.

HG series products:IP address: 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.100.1

Subnet mask: 255.255.255.0

Set the IP address to be in the same network segment as the LAN IP address of the ONT.

For example:

IP address: 192.168.1.100

Subnet mask: 255.255.255.0

For the account and password for logging in to the WebUI, click

Huawei ONT login account and password

Your device is connected to a home network. Contact the ISP to restore the network parameters.

After logging in to the WebUI, you can change the SSID (WirelessNet).

Thanks!
