Why does the LOS indicator on an HG8546M blink red recently? Is it the line or is it broken?

Dear Modi！
LOS optical signal indicator. If the indicator blinks red, the device does not receive optical signals.
Suggestion: 1. Restart the device.
                   2. Check whether the line is bent too much.
                   3. Check whether the optical fiber connector is loose and tighten the connector.
