Hi all,

I have 2 ONUs from Huawei and both of them have the same model (HG8546M) and the same hardware version either (10C7.A). The only differences are their software version and also the firmware interface (print of the firmware attached) Anyone know to say to me how it works, I mean, why both of them have the same model, the same hardware version but their firmware is different? Maybe they are manufactured to countries differents (Cxx), but how can I identify what are those countries?

My dear friend.
The first device (the new one) was used by Chinese carriers. The second device (the old one) cannot find the details. Contact your device provider to check whether the purchase channel is official.

This type of ONT is not commercially available overseas. It is only sold in China. We have only the firmware in Chinese.
This version of the software has not yet been included on the website. Please contact your equipment supplier for the software.
It may not be possible to do it, because your device is a device provided by the operator and some functions are restricted.
