Hello everyone, I hope someone can help me or advise me on what to do.


I have the HG8346M model, 10 months ago I made a purchase of 20pz, everything worked very well, but curiously 8 days ago, everyone, I repeat all the ONTs of this HG8346M model, they thickened to fail, disconnected the Wi-Fi client or lost the connection of Internet. Has the same thing happened to someone? Any solution that you can give me? Now, connect to my seller in China and they just tell me that it is not possible, but they don't give me any more solutions. That is why I go to you experts.

I don't quite understand what that means. 


If the Wi-Fi signal of the HG8346M is disconnected or the network is disconnected, press and hold down the button for 10s to reset the network, and then reconfigure the network on the web page to restore the network.

I mean that the client when it is connected, the router disconnects it, it does NOT deactivate, but rather that it loses the signal, so it happens with all the HG8346M models that I have. About what he says about the button, I don't know my case.

Apart from that, the same model loses internet connection, and checking the fiber reaches -22, so it is a good sign to lose it, the funny thing is this, that all the models that I have HG8346M present the same failure , from the same day. Before they had worked perfectly.

The 20 HG8346M devices are disconnected at the same time. I think this may be caused by the fault of the upper-layer device (OLT or ONT). You can check whether the upper-layer device issues services normally.
