Hello, 


We have configured IPTV but there is a problem, that we cannot find.

ONT doesn’t see multicasts.

Communication is working fine. However no IPTV multicasts.

Terminal Type = HG8247H5

Software Version = V3R017C10S125


Could you please tell me what I should check?

Hello, friend!


You need to check whether multicast service flows are created on the OLT and add the HG8247H5 to multicast users.


If there is no multicast program, the possible cause is that the corresponding multicast packets are not delivered to the HG8247H5.

Thanks, after checking the suggested link, it seems is something wired my configuration. I should change IGMP mode to proxy?
