Hello all,

In Huawei ONT model HG8247, where I can change the user and pass? so I need to reset to default first or need an admin user?

You can login to ONT with admin user

Click the System Tools tab. In the navigation tree on the left, choose Change Login Password.
On the page, you can change the login password of the admin user
