I found the datasheet for HG8245Q2(Enterprise network universal model) for you.

Generally, the downstream rate of the ONT is much higher than the upstream rate.

But the pictogram you described is not normal. If multiple HG8245Qs are the same, the device is not faulty.

Please confirm your equipment source, whether it belongs to the operator's custom equipment because the functionality and performance of the customized version are limited.

Hello, I have this same problem, uploading limits to 10 mega on 5g

I tested two ONT HG8245Q2 with different Hardware versions

In version B99.A operation is good
In Hardware version 1029.A this problem happens with Upload in 5G

We did tests with the original source of ONT and more than 5 ONT, and all the same problem happens.

I was informed in a group that updating the UN firmware solves it, but nobody has the firmware.

We need a solution for this upload, we bought more than 40 ONT from this one that has this problem.
