HG8245Q IP Problem

Hi team!


My HG8245Q router was working fine. once I remove it from the network and connect after two days, it is not working. Error message giving is the IP address of the device not found. I try to connect by using a LAN cable. it is not connecting. Error message giving is an identified network. not able to go inside router setting also. Reset the router many times using the reset button on the backside same results.

Hello, friend! 


I have to ask a few questions: 


Did you just restart the ONT or restore it to factory settings? Pressing the Reset button only restarts the device. Pressing and holding the Reset button for more than 10 seconds will restore the device to its factory settings. 


Error message giving is IP address of the device not found --Where can I see the error message? 


Is the IP address of the I try to connect by using LAN cable. it is not connecting. Error message giving is an unidentified network -- computer obtained after the computer is connected to a network cable? Does the computer automatically obtain an IP address?
