you can factory reset the router and reconfigure it to its original state and apply username admin and password admin and create the new SSID and apply password on it.

How To Reset Huawei HG8245H Router With Button :

To perform a factory reset, please follow Below steps.
Power on the Huawei Router, place a paper clip or Pin into the hole on the back of the Router labeled Reset.
Hold paper clip or pin down for 10 to 15 seconds and release.
The Router will reboot on its own. Once the WLAN light stops blinking, the Router is reset.
Please Note, Resetting the Huawei router does not reset the firmware to an earlier version. It will only change all settings back to factory defaults.
Huawei HG8245H Default Login, Password and IP :

Once your Huawei router has been reset, it goes back to it’s factory defaults Settings.
IP address: 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.1.1
Username: admin
Password: admin or password

Default settings:

Administrator (installation and maintenance personnel):

User name: telecomadmin

Password: admintelecom

NOTE:

After logging in to the web page, if you do not perform any operations within five minute, you will be locked out and return back to the login interface. Then, you can unlock the account by entering the login user name and password.

Three times within five minutes the user name and password input error, the system is locked and unlocked automatically after one minute.

Modify the password through the NMS.

Certain carriers may customize accounts and passwords, which are different from the default accounts and passwords listed in the preceding. For details, contact the corresponding carrier.

CAUTION:

Please change the initial password to ensure administrator account security.

Do not provide terminal users with the password of the administrator account. The administrator account is used by the carrier for O&M. If a terminal user uses the administrator account, service parameters may be incorrectly modified and services may be affected.

Common user (terminal user):

User name: root

Password: adminHW

NOTE:

The common user account can be used to query the service status. For ONTs that support Wi-Fi and the USB storage function, the common user account can be used to configure services such as Wi-Fi and home sharing.

Overview

This article is to assist with setting up OpenDNS on a Huawei HG8245H router.

Steps

Step 1.

Log in to the Huawei Router Configuration page by entering the following IP into your URL bar: 192.168.100.1.  The default login is:

Login: telecomadmin

Password: admintelecom

 

Step 2. 

Navigate to LAN > DHCP Server Configuration

 

Step 3.

Check 'Enable primary DHCP server'

Check Enable DHCP L2Relay (May be labeled as just DHCP Relay)

Step 4.

Enter the following DNS servers:

• 208.67.222.222 

• 208.67.220.220

 

Step 5. 

Save.

Now that you have configured your router for OpenDNS, we highly suggest that you flush your DNS resolver cache and web browser caches to ensure that your new DNS configuration settings take immediate effect. Additionally, if you have a Dynamic IP address please refer to this article which will guide you through how to automatically update your dynamic IP address.
