Hi, there! I noticed that the indicator of the HG8245H blinks red. After the device is restarted and the cable is removed, the indicator still blinks red when I turn on the device again. Can you tell me what to do?

Generally, the power indicator blinks and the device is being restarted. Please wait for a while. If the voltage is unstable or the connector is in poor contact, select an appropriate component.


Rectify the fault according to the fault symptom. For details, see the preceding link.


If the fault persists, contact the device provider or provide a solution.

Hi,

Which LED flashes red?
When the optical cable is disconnected or when the ONT is not connected to the optical fiber - the LED flashes red - LOSS.
