Hey there.


Please how can I enable these two features? 

Even I try to add DNS from the network application and it's useless still does not fix this issue.

Hello, friend! 


You need to use the administrator account and password to log in to the web page for configuration.   


We cannot provide the administrator account and password because the forum is restricted. Please contact the device provider for the administrator account and password. They will provide your account and password. 


Generally, the DNS service is delivered to the ONT through the OLT. 

If you need to configure the DNS service, you can consult the device provider and find a solution.
