Hi friend.
The Wi-Fi speed test is affected by the following factors:
1. Wireless NIC performance. Use a laptop with high performance for the test. Do not use a mobile phone or tablet.
2. Correct Wi-Fi configuration.
3. Network bandwidth.
4. Environment interference: Other APs or non-Wi-Fi interference sources (such as microwave ovens and Bluetooth devices) are present.
5. Channel selection. Different channels have different interference conditions.
6. Positions of ONTs and network adapters. Adjust the angle of the ONT. Ensure that the speed test device is facing the ONT at a distance of about 0.5 m to 1 m.
7. When other devices access the Wi-Fi network, the Wi-Fi bandwidth is occupied. It is recommended that only the test device be connected to the Wi-Fi network during the test.
Have a good day!
